These can be the abilities to produce fire, manipulate ice, psionic forcefields, dragoon physiology, and so much more. No one knows what caused this mutation and how it got so streamlined, but here in 2224, eighty percent of the population have developed powers. With powers come people who do things for good, but there are also people who participate in illegal acts with the power they have developed. These are Heroes and Villains. ❃ ~ t's been several hundred years since the first quirk arrived, and now society has integrated these abilities into day to day lives. In Japan we have the number one hero, The North Star, a hero who fights for justice and safety amongst the chaos. Although things look great with North Star, there is unfortunately a group in the shadow. Singularity Pioneering is a quirk research group that has gone too far in science, experimenting to make their masterpieces strong enough to stand up to seasoned heroes. ❃ ~ With villains and other threats being an issue at large. Japan's government instated hero schools along with other countries collaborating. Here we have UA, a heart and soul for pushing out the best heroics. Given the server's status as a 18+ community, writers are free to explore all kinks as it falls under the artistic expression laws. As a setting, Rosemore aims for the "modern fantasy" feel. You can use elves, fairies, tieflings, centaurs, etc. as a faceclaim and tailor the character to how it all comes together within the setting. The server's combat system, much like the limits of magic, is built on balance and quick rounds rather than powergaming or needing to read pages of rules.
