Worldbuilding Discord Servers

The New Dawn has begun. After the tumult of the late 80s, we've now entered the early 90s: the Cold War trogs on as the USSR holds itself, for now; the West is becoming more divided as different poles now compete for control in the wider sphere threatening a break up; more and more previously 'third-world' or 'lesser' nations are beginning to rise up and grow to heights never before thought imaginable. As the turn of the millennium approaches, the world sits in careful and supposedly safe balance. But is it really safe? Only you will be able to tell us that, as you join and help to shape a world that both seems familiar and dangerously new all at once.... ----- WELCOME TO NOVUM AURORA! ----- We are a Nation Roleplay community that hopes to drive forward this more quiet era of our shared hobby and craft a place for talented roleplayers and worldbuilders, community spirit, and a great place for newbies to the genre to start! We're now in the 90s, and have a great group of players helping to really drive our RP. We are primarily Discord based for our roleplay, however we do use a Miraheze Wiki for extra info storage! We hope you'll join us, and help to shape A New Dawn for the world! All the information for joining is on our Discord page, and there should always be a person online to help get you set up.

Welcome to the community dedicated to Abzu & Anki and the ever-expanding Abzuverse — a mythological, cosmological, philosophical, spiritual, and worldbuilding universe where the Abyss, Universe, Heavens, Underworld, Nature, Humanity, and Divine coexist within one immense reality. 🌑 Abzu is the primordial living Abyss: darkness, depth, mystery, infinity, and the ancient foundation of existence. ☀️ Anki is the complete Universe of Light: creation, life, matter, stars, worlds, and existence itself. From them emerges a vast cosmology inhabited by gods, spirits, divine beings, mortals, sacred worlds, spiritual realms, and Divine Civilizations. 🏛️ Explore the Anunnaki, Netjeru, Norse, Hindu, Buddhist, Abrahamic, Iranian, Indigenous, East Asian, European, and other divine traditions as living civilizations with their own cultures, histories, societies, religions, heavens, underworlds, institutions, and identities. 📚 Share and develop lore, mythology, worldbuilding, characters, pantheons, religions, philosophy, cosmology, languages, symbols, maps, art, stories, alternate universes, games, webcomics, animation, and collaborative projects. ✨ The Abzuverse embraces Great Syncretism: different traditions can coexist, meet, interact, and influence one another without losing their individuality. 🔬 Explore the relationship between the Divine and Nature, science and spirituality, history and mythology, material reality and transcendence. Gods and divine beings are treated as more than villains, monsters, superheroes, or obstacles. They are people, powers, cultures, civilizations, and meaningful parts of reality. At the heart of Abzu & Anki is one principle: “A universe where nobody needs to be reduced so another can exist.” 🌑 Welcome to the Abyss. ☀️ Welcome to the Universe. 🏛️ Welcome to the Divine Civilizations. 🌌 Welcome to Abzu & Anki. Welcome to the Abzuverse.

🌌 **Nun & Nutgeb — An Abzu & Anki AU** 🌌 Welcome to **Nun & Nutgeb**, an Egyptian-inspired alternate universe born from the foundations of **Abzu & Anki**, where primordial darkness, cosmic waters, light, life, and divine civilization are reimagined through the ancient Egyptian mythological worldview. In this universe, **Nun** represents the primordial abyssal waters and the vast potential from which existence emerges, while **Nutgeb** embodies the ordered, living cosmos that rises from and exists in relationship with the primordial depths. Gods and goddesses are not mere villains, superheroes, monsters, or final bosses, but **divine beings, natural forces, rulers, ancestors, guardians, and civilizations** with their own dignity, cultures, relationships, and purposes. The server is a home for exploring Egyptian mythology, **Kemetic-inspired worldbuilding, alternate mythology, divine civilizations, cosmology, philosophy, art, storytelling, character creation, and lore development** within the Abzu & Anki framework. ✨ **Our themes include:** • Nun, Nutgeb, the Netjeru, Duat, Ma’at, and cosmic order • Naturalistic and mythological interpretations of divinity • Divine civilizations and sacred cultures • Syncretism and connections between different mythological traditions • Original characters, alternate histories, lore, art, and worldbuilding • Respect for mythology without reducing gods to stereotypes or disposable antagonists Whether you are interested in mythology, worldbuilding, religion-inspired fiction, cosmology, or simply discovering another corner of the **Abzuverse**, you are welcome here. 🌊 **From the primordial waters to the ordered cosmos — all existence has a story.**
