We are a human-based RP server, so you are unable to RP as a Pokémon unless it belongs to a trainer that you have made. Do not make trainers just to RP as a Pokémon. We have many classes and specialties, so don't forget to check them out! All information you'll need to know about has its own Google document that can be found in the server. FYI before joining; Gym battles in the region are done through *Pokémon Showdown*, while the Elite Four and Champion battle are CRP (Combat Roleplay). Just telling you now so you are aware of that. The region is also semi-literate, so please put some effort into your posts!

June 3rd, 2025 marked the beginning of the end. An unmarked refrigerated truck veered off the road in southern Virginia and took a passenger car into a ditch. The incident made the news as a tragic but trivial event that initially resulted in zero deaths. Within two weeks, everyone involved in the accident, including the first responders, perished due to a mysterious disease later called FRV, or False Revival Virus. Apt to its name, victims of FRV would succumb after several days of worsening symptoms and unshakeable dread before rising again within minutes. Upon reanimation, the infected devolved into aggressive, cannibalistic corpses. It was only a matter of time before the highly contagious disease spread rapidly over county and state lines. Government-sponsored and dutifully monitored quarantine zones promised safety near major cities. Within months, over half of them had fallen. The failures of quarantine zones had sparked motivation in those ambitious enough to tackle the need for community in these trying times, knowing that was what it would take for humanity to pull through the nightmare victorious. Vandermill, a settlement in upstate New York, claims it was among the first to erect walls. Upon the arrival of August 2026, it’d been over a year since the world, as it was once known, had ceased to exist. However, it also marked the first anniversary of Vandermill’s establishment. The flourishing community has managed to stay afloat. Dangers of FRV are prevalent, but that doesn’t even begin to address the threat survivors pose to each other.
