This world was not born naturally, nor could it have been. There was a cataclysm. An infinite number of worlds, each one beginning to corrode and die. They could not be saved, at least not in their current form. Even gods that could change the fabric of reality were left helpless. But one being lived, one far greater than the rest. And so, the remaining fragments were merged together. Reformed into a new world, where aspects of the prior worlds lived on. Similar, yet different.
