The main setting is Waterdeep, but there are forums for everywhere else in the setting, including the Domains of Dread. - Your character does not need to be from the Forgotten Realms as long as they have a D&D stat block and a reason for being there, and it doesn't matter what edition of D&D you're using as long as you don't use it to power game over other people's characters. - Homebrew is allowed as long as it is submitted for review and approved before use. - You can play as both OCs and canon characters, but canon characters require you to add an rp sample to your character submission. - You don't need to ask to rp and can jump right in, unless a forum post has a private tag.

Its cannon is its own, though we will be pulling primarily from the films. Personally, I am very interested in exploring a world that functions much like the setting we see in "Logan" with a more grounded feel, though we will likely be pulling character backgrounds and histories from comics, other movies, etc to fill in blanks. As for the timeline, this rp will be taking place during the beginning of the fall semester of 2015.
