Welcome to Starfall, a literate science fiction roleplaying experience based within the boundaries of the 'Known Space', a fictional galaxy full of explored & unexplored planets full of alien fauna and flora. 🚀 This server is being defined as 'low sci-fi' with 'high sci-fi' aspects. Interplanetary travel exists, but hyperspeed is still extremely unstable. Alien fauna and flora exist, but as of the time of writing this, we still have not established intelligent alien species. The aesthetics and themes of this universe are based heavily off of Cyberpunk, Blade Runner, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Cowboy Bebop, and early concepts for Star Wars. 🌌 We heavily encourage the freedom to do (within reason) whatever you'd like in this server! This is why we partially consider it a slice-of-life RP, as well. Want to become an interplanetary trader, building up your wealth until you can found a company? Alongside that, a crime wave has taken the Space by storm in recent decades, with a nearly uncontrollable black market and organized criminal groups running rampant. 👽 This server is owned and hosted by experienced roleplayers, with years of literate roleplaying under our belts!
