Much like with the SCP foundation, and it's lesser known alternates (the Global Occult Colition, the serpents hand, or Marshal, Carter & Dark) the Furry Breeding Control group (henceforth, the FBC) are employed to track and recover out of control anthropomorphic animals that are hell bent on breeding with one-another, and with human life. Unlike the SCP foundation however, The FBC has existed since the dawn of time and will likely exist long after the stars have extinguished. And somewhere along the line the group took in humans who had learned of its existence and allowed then to procreate with the animals it shelters, some have stayed, others have not. Within the last decade, the FBC realised that while it was treating the animals inside like dumb creatures, they were far from it. With several later being taken on as staff until soon the facilities across the globe were ran by the same animals they sought to control. Over time, the FBC has faded back put of the limelight and into the shadows, becoming a closed off society, ran by the same anthropomorphic animals that once wished for nothing more than humanity to become their breeding pets, now protect the hairless race from their fur coated counterparts.
