Without them, the city plunged deeper into chaos, earning the grim nickname "The Chicago of the East." Now, in the spring of 2024, both men have returned to Gotham, each transformed by time. Bruce Wayne, now the CEO of Wayne Enterprises, hides in plain sight, while Gordon has ascended to the role of Commissioner of the GCPD. But beneath the surface, rumors swirl of a shadowy vigilante—The Batman—stalking criminals in Gotham’s darkest corners. Fear has always ruled Gotham. But this time, it’s a weapon.
