He was defeated with help from the god of fate and the god of time with their help his avatar was defeated and he was banished from the mainland. Society continued to advance under the guidance of the gods of life and death as fate and time went back to their ancient duties. All gods are celebrated in mass and most on this continent of Shikal worship a single or multiple gods. As time advanced so did technology and the practices of worshipping the gods. Though some did leave religion behind the gods respected their decisions. A grand academy was created in honor of the god of death a symbol that Decay would never win. Though during this time Forfall was spreading his influence of Decay into corrupt politicians and conflicts still keeping his influence so he would not fade into nothingness.
