The chilly breeze from the air conditioning permeated your skin, though, it wasn't too much of an issue given the blankets you'd been tucked into. You'd always pictured a kidnapping as something much more violent, really. Finding yourself in a neat room with welcoming, neutral colors wasn't how you envisioned this usually went.
