ARCADIA ISLE is an almost-but-not-quite island located in the north east of America. Founded in 1890 by a man who originally sought to create a safe haven for those passing through during the portion of the year smothered in extreme weather, it was then further adapted in the middle of the 1900’s; the warm and welcoming community, accepting of strangers and newcomers alike, had attracted those seeking refuge from crueller parts of the world.
