They have no recollection of their memories for a minimum of a week, at most 3 weeks, and during that time they are trapped in the digital verse. By doing certain activities, they can gain their memories faster and once they fully get their memories back, an exit is given to them. During their time without memories, they have connected with the other members, and unintentionally, Caine is the boss. The group has teamed up in what would be described as a gang to deal with a problem that has arisen in the real world, threatening the people in the digital world. There are still risks in the digital world, and if they were to get abstracted, they would either die in the real world or go into a deep coma.
