Bordering the sea, Arcadia is home to lush forests and hidden groves of wild and exotic plants, where its locations get their namesakes. Many years ago, people began to be born possessing strange supernatural powers known today as 'Abilities'. Nobody is really sure where the abilities come from, or how they're formed- the only thing we really know is that they're valuable and dangerous. Those with abilities are looked at as assets by the Arcadia government, and are not allowed to exist in the public eye- the only way to live free as a person with Abilities is to hide them entirely. But that isn't the only thing about Arcadia. Arcadia is home to two rivaling mafia groups with unknown intentions- Robin, and Atrazine. While Robin hails itself as a 'vigilante justice' group of sorts, Atrazine's motives are entirely unknown- most assume they're just around to cause chaos. Others think it exists to help shield Ability wielders from the prying eye of the Arcadia government. In Arcadia, you could live as a normal human- living a slice-of-life-esque existence, forming connections and discovering the mysteries of the city. Or, you could join one of the gangs, rise the ranks, and come to uncover the dark underbelly of Arcadia City.
