The main setting is Waterdeep, but there are forums for everywhere else in the setting, including the Domains of Dread. - Your character does not need to be from the Forgotten Realms as long as they have a D&D stat block and a reason for being there, and it doesn't matter what edition of D&D you're using as long as you don't use it to power game over other people's characters. - Homebrew is allowed as long as it is submitted for review and approved before use. - You can play as both OCs and canon characters, but canon characters require you to add an rp sample to your character submission. - You don't need to ask to rp and can jump right in, unless a forum post has a private tag.
