Zen Den is an 18+ peer support community for people with diagnosed mental health conditions who want a calm, respectful place to talk about life and mental health. This is not a crisis server and not a debate space. We focus on supportive, grounded conversation — not hostility, harassment, or constant venting. Members are expected to communicate with basic respect, manage their own triggers, and participate in good faith. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. If you’re looking for a stable, low-drama environment with clear boundaries and supportive peers, you’re welcome here. If you need immediate crisis support or want unfiltered venting, this may not be the right space.
