Hendena, a place that isn't outlined on most maps, and seldom gets a visitor. Sure, it's got plenty to offer, what with the damp, cardboard box lined alleyways and the constant illegal activity on each and every street corner. The local police force is often prevented from doing their duty due to budget cuts, understaffing, and corrupt figures of power, meaning nearly all crime goes unpunished. This, mixed with the perpetual rainy weather, and the high rate of unemployment, leaves a smog of gloom floating just over the rooftops. The streets are filthy, the water's polluted, and local businesses are going under. Reversing the condition of the city seems near impossible. It's up to you to see if it truly is. In this server, we have no magic. But technology is everything, nothing is kept shut with it. We welcome all kinds of people. With rp or erp for those who wish.
