Transience 18+ Discord Server

Welcome to Transience! We're a server for neurodivergent individuals aged 18-35, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Our server has a wide variety of channels for you to explore and engage with, including a selfie channel, gaming channel, and even VC for you to use. Additionally, we have vent channels, self-assignable roles, color roles, and fun bots to interact with. Our server is run by autistic systems and prioritizes your safety. The majority of our moderators are POC, and we strive to create a community where neurodivergent adults can come together and potentially make friends.
