Welcome to Soulgroup! :D We have made it our mission to support our fellow human beings as best as we can with any everyday problems they may face. Whether it's simply missing someone to talk to during lockdown or dealing with complex challenges such as mental illness that one can't handle alone. We are mostly individuals who have been affected by illness and life struggles that make life incredibly difficult, and therefore understand the importance of being able to talk openly about it. Whether publicly or completely anonymously, you can share your worries and fears with us and we will take them seriously. We cannot replace a therapist, but we can listen, brainstorm together, and provide solutions based on our own experiences. Often, the time until therapy can be a great struggle. To make this easier, we also offer a listening ear here so that you do not feel abandoned and helpless. Tough times affect everyone and we can only get through them together with others. For the protection of our members, we therefore provide a personal introduction to every newcomer before they are cleared for the server.
