Adults with CHD Discord Server

🫀 Welcome to Adults with CHD! 🫀 This server is a safe space for adults and teens with congenital heart disease/defects (CHD) to connect, support each other, and learn more about living with CHD in its various forms, such as HLHS, ToF, and more. We share information and resources about CHD, including how to manage both mental and physical health. We also have channels for LGBTQIA+ folks and a special channel for adults to discuss adult topics (available to 18+ members only). Come join us and connect with others who understand what it's like to live with CHD.
