We also welcome topics related to general well-being and self-improvement. As a member, you'll have access to our free, four-week online mindfulness course based on MBSR/MBCT. Our course is reviewed by an MBSR Senior Instructor and is designed to help you build habits and share insights with others. In addition to our course, we offer guided group meditations, a weekly book club, a weekly study group, a teacher/coach presence, and a custom meditation bot with logging, streaks, and more. Plus, we have level-based roles, custom emoji/stickers, memes, and much more to make your experience enjoyable.
