If you have any questions, let our lorekeeper know. This RP is mainly freeroam with a semi-consistent plot that you, as a character, can influence. The setting is Hisui, the fabled land of the gods. "Long Long Ago... Humans used to rule the world, their tools and inventions brought them to a golden age. Yet with science came curiosity. The downfall of the age of man. Humans had managed to open a rift to the distortion world, the resting place of Giratina... Here the tale splits in half. The Church of Arceus from the Flareian empire believes that the dark prince corrupted the land and started a war between the gods. They believe that the war erased the humans, and having no more sentient life on the world, Arceus bestowed the Pokémon who had served him with the gift of intelligence and doomed the ones that served Giratina to remain feral. Yet the tribals of Hisui believe in a different tale. Their version of Giratina is not malicious or dangerous, its presence just represents the opposite of Arceus. When the rift opened, the sheer presence of Giratina unwillingly destroyed humanity. With the gods' combined strength, they sealed the gate and gave a piece of themselves to the Pokémon that remained. It does not matter which of the two tales is true. All that matters is that you are here now, in the land of the gods. Be it as an adventurer, thief, or desperate local."
