Welcome to Disability Gym! 🏋️‍♀️ This server was created by a disabled individual for disabled individuals to come together and move as one. Whether you're just getting starting, looking to get a good stretch, or want to push yourself with intense workouts or sports, this is the place for you. We encourage everyone to join and build a supportive community around becoming more active, even when faced with barriers. We also welcome neurodivergent, mentally disabled, and abled-bodied individuals who have an interest in becoming more active and building community around physical activity.
