As they let their guard down, organized crime spiked. It was sudden, watching as criminal activity rose to an all-time high from them slacking off. Lacking in forces, since many heroes retired from the age of peace, the remaining heroes are scrambling together in order to push back this newfound threat. Looking for aid, their attention fell upon Takahiro Highschool, one of the few schools that still taught young heroes.
