On this server we pride ourselves in professionalism and fun. Everyone has the opportunity to earn ranks, and other special commendations. Task Force Lima prides itself on respect and seriousness, but most importantly have fun. In this unit we honor ranking structure, chain of command, as well as respect for one another.  We are ran by adults if you are looking for a more mature server.  We are 40+ members with over 25% being former or current military vets. If you are looking for a community of people to hang with, learn new things, and play the game, then we are it. We are not looking to grow for the sake of growing, but to build a quality community of people.   **WHAT TO EXPECT IN TASK FORCE LIMA**  TFL looks to give everyone a realistic immersion to the game without making this feel like a "job". We are open to brand new players to the game as well as seasoned veterans. Everyone will enlist and be processed the same way, no matter the hours on the game. Though your time in the game is important, we want to make sure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow with the unit. Once you enlist, you can expect one of our recruiters to reach out to you and process your enlistment to the unit. Each recruit will have 2 weeks to be processed, and complete BCT and RASP.  **MOS**  TFL has several different MOS options for our Rangers. Here is a current list of openings:  - 11B - Infantry - 11C - Indirect Fire Infantry - 68W - Combat Medic (will need to complete medical courses) - 19A - Armor Division - 153A - Rotary Wing Pilots  **CAMPAIGN**  Task Force Lima participates in an immersive mission oriented campaign. This is where the unit will have their mission orders and tasks to complete.  **TRAININGS**  Each week we participate in an FTX (Field Training Exercise) meant to hone your skills as a soldier as well as a unit. **MODS**  KAT Medical, TFAR, ACE, CUP, among other personalized mods.
