Ruled by two clans whose followers possess supernatural abilities, this city often has to prove itself. Right now, a series of murders has the highest clan members in Las Luces on edge. Who is responsible for these bloodthirsty attacks? An outsider spreading chaos? Or one of the clans looking for war?
