Card games are very popular in Japan, but the most popular one out of them all has to be Cardfight Vanguard. The game is quite simple, and because of that, it's gained huge popularity. Recently in Japan, where our story takes place, Card shops have become home to rising stars in Vanguard. Because of this, there's been a boom of new card shops being created and Vanguard has basically become part of everyone's day-to-day life. Some fighters take the game more seriously than others, some don't. No matter who you are, you can understand eachother's feelings through Vanguard. Just imagine it. But the thing that hooks fighters the most is is it's setting. The planet Cray. A planet home to supernatural beings named Units. The leaders of these units are called Vanguards. These beings have many different powers and abilities and many different races. Dragons, vampires, beasts, elves, and so on. And their homes are: Dragon Empire: A military powerhouse based on the Dragonia Continent that uses a blend of magic and science. Keter Sanctuary: A holy kingdom, once known as United Sanctuary, now largely ruled from a floating island. Brandt Gate: Known for its high technology and as the "Star Gate" for visitors from other dimensions. Dark States: A magical nation dominated by dark forces and demons, formerly the Dark Zone. Stoicheia: A lush, vibrant nation formed from the remnants of the old Zoo and Magallanica nations, encompassing a vast archipelago region and the Zoogaia continent. Lyrical Monasterio: Situated upon a flying whale, this nation houses the former inhabitants of Magallanica, the Bermuda Triangle clan. This nation's color is Pink. The Vanguard Regionals in Japan are starting, and teams are already being created. But what will you do **Fighter?** Join the tournaments? Pave a path a greatness, fall into the corruption of power? Well one things certain that's going to happen and that's: imagining it.
